Using the service
You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms, applicable law, and Meta, WhatsApp, and Instagram policies. You are responsible for your workspace, users, customer communications, message templates, automation rules, consent records, opt-out handling, and connected business assets.
Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, protect login credentials, limit access to authorized users, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Workspace administrators are responsible for roles and permissions assigned to their team.
WhatsApp Business Platform and Instagram APIs
The service integrates with third-party services operated by Meta. Your use of WhatsApp and Instagram features is also governed by Meta's, WhatsApp's, and Instagram's applicable terms, policies, pricing, availability, and technical restrictions. We do not control those third-party services.
Instagram automation and messaging
Instagram features are intended for businesses and creators using official Meta APIs. Workspace users may connect an Instagram Professional account, select owned posts or reels, receive comment and message webhooks, configure keyword automations, send public comment replies, and send allowed private replies or direct messages when a customer comments, messages, or taps an opt-in button. You must not use the service to scrape Instagram, collect login credentials, impersonate others, spam users, bypass Meta limits, or contact people without an appropriate legal basis or permission.
Workspace compliance responsibility
Workspace administrators control the business assets, contacts, automations, broadcasts, and team access used in their workspace. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service, including any Instagram comment-to-DM flow or WhatsApp campaign, is reviewed for your business needs, complies with applicable law, and accurately reflects the notices, consent, opt-out, and data deletion commitments made to your customers.
Acceptable use
You must not send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, unsolicited, or unauthorized communications; ignore opt-out requests; interfere with the service; attempt unauthorized access; upload malicious content; or use customer information without an appropriate legal basis.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss caused by third-party outages or account restrictions.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access when necessary to address security risks, legal requirements, policy violations, non-payment, or misuse. You may stop using the service and request deletion of eligible data at any time.
