Terms of Service

Using the service
You may use the service only for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these terms, applicable law, and Meta and WhatsApp policies. You are responsible for your workspace, users, customer communications, message templates, consent records, and connected business assets.
Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, protect login credentials, limit access to authorized users, and notify us of suspected unauthorized access. Workspace administrators are responsible for roles and permissions assigned to their team.
WhatsApp Business Platform
The service integrates with third-party services operated by Meta. Your use of WhatsApp is also governed by Meta's and WhatsApp's applicable terms, policies, pricing, availability, and technical restrictions. We do not control those third-party services.
Acceptable use
You must not send unlawful, deceptive, abusive, unsolicited, or unauthorized communications; interfere with the service; attempt unauthorized access; upload malicious content; or use customer information without an appropriate legal basis.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, including loss caused by third-party outages or account restrictions.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or terminate access when necessary to address security risks, legal requirements, policy violations, non-payment, or misuse. You may stop using the service and request deletion of eligible data at any time.
